Meet the Director and Founder

The director Jules Richards is a trained Geospatial Engineering professional with experience in the Mapping Sciences (see his professional LinkedIn page here).

He has studied and lectured in many universities in the Caribbean, USA and UK.

His experience in property is diverse and ranges from measuring land boundaries in the Caribbean, to being a student tenant (undergraduate as well as postgraduate), to being a professional tenant, to home owner and to landlord. Jules is an entrepreneur among many other things.

In addition to working with property, Jules runs an editing business offering editorial solutions to authors and technical writers or other skill (see website here ).

The director is also a man of the Christian faith and a family man. His wife and son/daughter and are his pride and joy. They keep him grounded and balanced and always give him a reason to smile.
